Shipping Policy/Returns

Little Betty posts work from New Zealand to selected destinations.  Please note postage prices were accurate at time of listing. Because of the new GPSR regulations, we are unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.

i) Within New Zealand, items will be sent via NZ Courier Post, using a tracked service. Providing a phone number is helpful for the courier but completely optional.

ii) Items posted internationally will be sent using NZ Post's Economy Tracked service, meaning the item will be tracked but no signature is required upon receipt. Currently we post to the following countries: Australia, Canada, UK and US. For countries outside of these, please contact us and we will enquire about shipping costs as needed. As mentioned above, because of new EU regulations, we are unfortunately unable to ship to any country in the EU or Northern Ireland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and currently range between NZ$30–$65, depending on your location. We do not profit at all from postage pricing. If you are interested in buying more than one piece, it may be eligible for combined shipping.

We will post items within 7 days of receipt of payment.

Because we are posting from New Zealand, right at the bottom of the expansive Pacific Ocean, items can take a while to reach some destinations. That is obviously something beyond our control. Please be patient.

Returns: If an item is lost or damaged in transit, or is in some way defective or differs from the described product, we will refund the purchase price of the item. Because NZ Post does not refund us the postage component for items lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to refund that for international customers. To qualify for a refund on an item lost or damaged in transit, or one that is defective, please do not return the item to us. We do however ask that you take photographs of sufficient quality of both the damaged item and the packaging, which we can then use as evidence to NZ Post/Courier Post to action an insurance claim. A refund is not contingent on the outcome of our insurance claim with NZ Post - we will refund you the purchase cost.  

We endeavour to use recycled, recyclable or repurposed packaging where practicable.
